Yesterday I met with one of my artists friend for a relaxing day of art, a little bit of shopping and lunch.

The project was a Snowcone Snowman Ornie. I finished him last night and think he is so cute!

He was made with air dry paper clay. I love this clay because it is so lightweight considering I usually work with polymer which is much heavier finished piece. I think this holiday season I am going to try a few more projects. I really like snowmen too so will do a few more and perhaps try a standing snowman sculpture.

This is a picture of him but on a different tree in my house. The lighting was just better at this tree. But now he is on my big tree.

My Christmas Tree this year. I decided on blue and white bows on my tree this year. I am very pleased with it!

Oh, so pretty!! Love your tree all flocked in blue. The snowcone piece is made for it. I had fun yesterday too. Hugs sweetie~

ReplyDeleteHope to see you before the holidays, but just in case....
Merry Christmas!
Denise, I plan on making a snowman piece this weekend as a gift for a friend and purchased some paperclay last weekend to use (and also some glitter). I love the idea of your snowcone snowman ornie and he is just fabulous for your beautiful tree!
