After creating Cinderella I was really in the mood to do another one in the same size. I really enjoy the pose-able ones and the size is just right for a beautiful display. I am also finding the costuming a lot of fun --- ahhhh, well, I also have to admit the 'girlie-girl' part of me really loves these little princess like fairies with their sparkling tiara's, luscious locks of hair, and their pretty silk and lace dresses.
It has been awhile since I have created a doll with red hair. I always seem to reach for the blondes first, then the browns. When I finished painting Kiahna's face, at that point, she told me who she was. I little Irish Fairy. So yeah! I got to use the red hair on her as it seemed so fitting to her theme and face. I am very pleased with her outfit and her red hair look so cute on her.
